Refund Policy
We want to offer you a safe, transparent, and reliable experience when booking with us.
Our refund policy applies to all bookings made through our website or by direct contact with Check In Lima.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour date will receive a full refund using the same payment method.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start are non-refundable, but you may request a date change at no additional cost, subject to availability.
If the cancellation is due to force majeure, such as adverse weather conditions or reasons beyond the customer’s control, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
If a tour is canceled by Check In Lima (for example, for not meeting the minimum number of participants), the customer will receive a full refund.
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 10 business days. The exact time depends on the bank or payment processor.
No refunds apply for no-shows or late arrival on the day of the tour.
To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] indicating the booking number, full name, and tour date.
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any modifications will be published on this page.
